By registering on our website, you agree, in accordance with Act no. 351/2011 Coll. (On electronic communications, as amended) and Act no. 147/2001 Coll. (About advertising, as amended), using the contact details provided by you for the purpose of sending business offers and advertising materials relating to our products and services, by all means of electronic communication.
You can withdraw your consent to the sending of business offers and e-mail for the purposes of direct marketing at any time in the form of a written notice sent to our address (electronic form is also sufficient).

When registering, ordering goods and paying for them, you will be asked to provide information about you.
By registering or purchasing in our e-shop, you agree that the operator of the domain will comply with the relevant generally applicable legal regulations, in particular Act no. 122/2013 Coll. (On Personal Data Protection), process and store all information and data that you have provided to us when registering or ordering goods. You give us this consent for an indefinite period.
Your personal data is stored in a secure database and will only be used for the purposes of our business with you. In no case will this information be provided to third parties.
At the same time, we assume that during your registration or purchase, we have received from you a statement that you are hereby informed of your right to access your personal data, to correct it or to delete it from the database, as well as your other rights stipulated by law. no. 122/2013 Coll. (On the protection of personal data).


For each product, the relevant price including VAT 20% / does not apply to large customers /, a brief description of the goods, its size and picture. The time required to process the entered order through the store is a maximum of 24 hours. it is the time needed to process the order and we try to keep it. If you pay by bank transfer, this period does not start to run until the amount has been credited to our account. 

The time required to transport the goods by post to the specified address is within 48 hours and is added to the time for processing the order.

If the customer chooses goods that have the flag "external warehouse" or "not in stock" and at the same time chooses payment by bank transfer or online payment card, it is necessary to wait for confirmation of model availability, as the availability must be checked with the manufacturer . We recommend that you make the payment only after the e-mail you received confirming that the model you ordered is available.

Delivery details:

If you are a registered user, you will already have the data filled in. However, the billing address and delivery address may sometimes differ. If you want to send a shipment, e.g. to the workplace, or anywhere other than your default data, change the delivery address and we will send you the package there.

We usually ship shipments within 24 working hours after order confirmation (see also below in the section What happens with the order with us). Sometimes, however, it happens that the courier company falls asleep somewhere, so we prefer to mention 2 days.

We have 90% of products on malt in the number of at least 1 piece. If you order more pieces, during the day it may happen that the product you ordered will no longer be in stock and we will have to reorder it. In this case, we will inform you immediately about the availability. 

We will inform you about the availability of individual products in our offer for each item.

If the delivery time or Availability statuses do not apply to a certain item in our offer, the following applies:

In stock - we ship the goods within 48 hours (does not apply if we are at the exhibition or have a holiday)

External storage - delivery within 7-14 days - the goods are on the way, or we have the goods in an external warehouse (model manufacturer), usually it does not take longer than 14 working days. (except for holidays or unexpected events - model sold out)

Pre-order - the goods have not yet been produced and are in the process of production, but it is possible to pre-order them at a discounted price - we will notify you of the delivery date by email or telephone. In this case, we require payment at least 14 days before delivery of the goods on the basis of the issued invoice, otherwise we do not guarantee that you will miss the model you ordered.

Out of stock - the goods are no longer delivered - they are not produced, in case of ordering we will check their availability, whether the model is still planned to be produced. Please note that this flag is also information that the product is in the archive for viewing images, videos and interesting information.


A special service in which you can pre-order the product often at a discounted price, or with a bonus designed exclusively for pre-customers. This is a product that has not yet been launched on the market, so prices and release dates are approximate and are subject to change at any time without notice. We are based on third party information and cannot guarantee any changes in price, release date or content.

Often, release dates are set to more than a month, so it is not possible to place an order with a commonly available product. This way, you could wait unnecessarily for a regular product for several months, depending on which product you chose in your pre-orders. We believe that this will also give you a better overview of your orders.

Pre-orders can only be made on the basis of payment in advance to the account by bank transfer or card payment. In this case, if the date of stock is known, we will issue you an invoice, which will need to be paid to our account before delivery of the model. In case of non-payment of the issued invoice, we do not guarantee the delivery of the model.

Why use pre-orders?

  • usually a discounted price
  • almost always some extra bonus
  • guarantee of priority equipment of your order immediately after stocking the goods
  • you can set up your private budget in time and save on the product until it is released

you increase your chances that the product will work for you! Especially for imitated editions, which are among the collectors long before the release date. You may not miss it at that time! Creating a pre-order will significantly improve your chances!


In this final statement, you can check what and where you ordered, for how much, what bonus you received (applies only to registered users) and you still have a chance to complete your order, or to throw away an item, etc. …

Please note that the mentioned notification e-mail is not an order confirmation, only information that your order has been registered in the database.


Depending on which delivery option you have chosen, you have the option of paying for the ordered products in the following ways:

Payment at the store - valid only for personal collection in the warehouse at Hála 16 in Bratislava, payment is possible in cash or by credit card.

Online card payment (GPWebPay) - the solution is based on the ČSOB 3-D Secure technological solution, which supports cardholder verification during the transaction. This technology is supported by Visa and MasterCard.

Bank transfer - for those who want to pay cashless, but do not have a payment card or do not have an account with ČSOB banka. When paying by bank transfer, it is necessary to take into account that the processing of your order will take place after receiving the payment, which may slow down the delivery time.

Cash on delivery - payment to the courier upon receipt of the package (cash on delivery is only possible in the territory of the Slovak Republic)

PaPal - PayPal will pay for your purchase using a payment card or through your PayPal

EXPLANATORY NOTES (Additional information):

When choosing the option of delivery method and entering payment via WebPay, you will be redirected to the bank's website (secure connection) after completing the order - ie by clicking on "Mandatory order", where you will make the payment according to the bank's instructions.
In the case of payment via WebPay, the courier will issue the shipment only to the cardholder with whom the payment was made. Anticipate and think about it when ordering!

You have 14 days to send the invoice after sending the invoice. If these 14 days expire and the payment does not appear in our account, we will consider such an order to be canceled by you.
If you have not received the invoice for more than three days from the order, you must contact us.


Until the final e-mail or telephone confirmation of the order according to the paragraph below, you have the option to cancel it.
All you have to do is inform us in writing - by email info (at) Or you can do so during the process of confirming or verifying the order.

In case of non-delivery of goods - cancellation of the order, we will always return the paid amount to your account immediately. (return of card payment is within 2 - 4 working days, we cannot influence this time)


Order or pre-order confirmation

If we have the ordered product in stock, we usually ship the shipment immediately upon receipt of the order or no later than the next working day.
We will notify you that your order has been processed by a confirmation e-mail, and after sending the shipment with the ordered product, we will also confirm the receipt of the shipment by courier service by e-mail.

If the ordered product is not currently in stock in the specified store, but is located in another of our stores, we can move it within a few days.
We will also notify you by e-mail, while in this e-mail we will also specify the delivery time.

You do not have to reply to these e-mails from us, they only serve to inform you about the progress of the order.

In the case of more complex orders or orders of a larger scale than usual, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to verify the seriousness of the order and agree on payment and delivery terms.
Therefore, we would like to ask you to provide us with the most accurate contact details, to reply to our e-mails or to receive telephone calls from us. This will greatly facilitate and speed up the entire process of verifying and confirming the order.
If you do not reply to our verification email or we are unable to contact you by phone, or if you do not enter a valid phone number or email address in the order, we will have to take the order as a joke and cancel it.               

On the part of the seller (as we do) there may be a situation (which we also describe in the section Delivery time) that it will be necessary to change your order or pre-order in agreement with you, or cancel it unilaterally, mainly for the following reasons:

  • in the end, we will not have the pre-ordered product in stock, or the conditions of its sale have changed so much that we are not able to deliver the product in compliance with the conditions under which the pre-order was made;
  • the ordered product has been sold out since the order was placed and it is no longer possible to deliver it in compliance with the conditions under which the order was placed;
  • when ordering the product, there was such an unintentional error on the part of the seller, which resulted in a significant distortion of information about the ordered product so that the complete processing of the order (delivery of the product) based on this information will result in a manifestly disproportionate benefit to the customer.

Only after e-mail or telephone confirmation of the order and after mutual approval of any changes according to the rules described above will the purchase contract be concluded. 
From now on, the order is binding for both parties.


We try to pack the goods as high quality as possible so that they come to you in order. We personally inspect the products before shipment, thus trying to eliminate situations where the model exceptionally lacks some detail. We would like to warn our customers that these are fragile models and therefore it is very important to check the model immediately after delivery, before the courier leaves. You have the right to open the package and check the contents and integrity of the delivery.

Sending a shipment

When choosing delivery by courier:

We send packages through forwarding companies GLSUPS – Slovak parcel service. You should receive the shipment within 24 hours of its submission - be careful - not from ordering! If the shipment with your goods is already on its way from us to you, all responsibility and care is taken over by the said company. cannot be held liable for third party errors.

The GLS / UPS courier will contact you at the telephone number you provided when ordering. If you are unable to call and arrange a pick-up time with you, the shipment will be returned to us. Of course, he also charges us postage from you to us. Resending is associated with resending postage.

Therefore, please provide the telephone number where you are actually available. You will save yourself and us unnecessary complications and shipping costs. Thank you very much in advance.

Shipping and packing

Shipping costs are automatically added to the purchase price depending on the method of delivery, payment, number and weight of the package:

All prices listed on our website include the current VAT rate valid in the Slovak Republic, which currently means including 20% ​​VAT (does not apply to large customers).

For items marked as PRE-ORDER, we strive to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information possible. Nevertheless, the product specification may change, the price of the product will change, or the start date may be postponed until the start date of the sale. As we are not in a position to fully influence these factors, we reserve the right to make changes in advance to the stated properties of the products in the PRE-ORDER without assuming any obligations that may result from such changes.

Pre-order prices are indicative and will often fall as the release date approaches. In this case, of course, we will process your order at the current price, which you will see on the day of issue (arrival at the market).

We guarantee that we will not change the price advertised for the regular product at the time of placing your order. Unfortunately, usually not even downwards. We are just behind the current price and if something became more expensive and we forgot to change it in the offer, it is our bad luck. If you find an item with a zero price, it is a system error and we will be happy if you report such an error to us. However, do not expect the order to be processed with a zero price. 


You should receive the goods as you ordered them. But it doesn't hurt to read more points so you know what to do if it doesn't happen.

If you have already found out during the receipt from the carrier that the goods delivered to you are obviously damaged or incomplete, write a note about it with him. The carrier is responsible for this matter and not us. Please do not accept the shipment! 
These procedures ensure that the damage is paid for by the person who caused it, ie the carrier. Complaints of this kind that you report later (to the carrier or to us) cannot be taken into account.

The customer is obliged to immediately check the contents of the package, its integrity and, as well as any damage, to write immediately with the courier! Otherwise, we will not accept complaints about the faultlessness of the goods.

The warranty period for hidden defects of the products (those that could not be detected after unpacking the contents of the delivery) is 24 months, unless otherwise stated in writing.

How to file a complaint

Complaint procedure: If the customer finds a hidden defect or wants to complain about the product, he must fill in an electronic complaint form. Subsequently, we will order transport and the courier product will be taken over by the courier for the complaint at our expense. It is important that the customer takes the claimed product and sends the photos in advance after filling out the electronic complaint form by email Subsequently, the date and time for ordering transport for the complaint will be confirmed.

Be sure to include an exact description of the defect.

The complaint procedure is standard - according to the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. In short, the following is happening here:

  • We will check the validity of the complaint.
  • Only a product that can be proven to have defects at the time of purchase (when taken over by the buyer) can be claimed.

A product is defective if it does not meet the properties explicitly mentioned or usual or cannot be used for the purposes for which the product is intended without the fault of the buyer.

For a possible complaint you need:

  • the claimed product together with all accessories that were in the package,
  • invoice and warranty card (only if issued to you).

Situations where:

  • The product is obviously mechanically damaged or only worn out by normal use (please note that metal models are not toys. They are purely collector's models that do not belong in the hands of children, any mechanical damage is out of place)
  • The product does not have the requisites necessary for a complaint.
  • The product is after the warranty - the time that has elapsed since its purchase at the time of its complaint has exceeded the warranty period.
  • We also do not consider the reason for a product complaint if you, e.g. the model does not like or the given model did not meet your expectations ", etc.…

In these cases, we will take over the product for the complaint procedure, but such a complaint will probably be rejected immediately. Before you decide to go through the complaint process, make sure that none of the above applies to you.

If, after the examination, the complaint proves to be unjustified, we will reject the complaint, while the complainant will be informed in writing about the rejection of the complaint and the reasons for rejection.

After submitting the necessary items and meeting the necessary conditions, we will take over the claimed product for the complaint procedure, about which we will issue you a document.

What happens if the complaint is justified

  • If the complaint is justified (the product was defective at the time of purchase), we will ensure the elimination of the defect by repairing it or replacing it with a faultless product.
  • If we are unable to ensure the elimination of the defect, we will refund your money or, with your consent, we will offer you a product at the appropriate price for replacement.
  • If you decide to return the money, we will send it to you in the same way as it came to us, at our expense.

Attempting to claim a product without proof of purchase is wasting time. In this case, we can do nothing for you but reject the complaint!

Return of the purchased product to the customer and refund of the purchase price

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason in accordance with Art. § 7 of Act no. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the case of distance selling within 14 days from the receipt of the goods or from the date of concluding the contract on the provision of electronic content not supplied on a tangible medium (eg e-books, software, etc.). In the case where the goods were delivered separately within one order, the period for withdrawal shall run from the moment of taking over the goods which were delivered last.

In accordance with para. § 7 par. 6 of Act no. 102/2014 Coll. the customer cannot withdraw from the contract, the subject of which is:

  • sale of books not supplied in protective packaging and sale of periodicals,
  • the sale of sound recordings, video recordings, audio-visual recordings, books or computer software sold in protective packaging, if the customer has unpacked this packaging,
  • poskytovanie elektronického obsahu inak ako na hmotnom nosiči, ak sa jeho poskytovanie začalo s výslovným súhlasom zákazníka a zákazník vyhlásil, že bol riadne poučený o tom, že vyjadrením tohto súhlasu stráca právo na odstúpenie od zmluvy,
  • sale of goods enclosed in protective packaging, which is not suitable for return for health protection or hygienic reasons and whose protective packaging was broken after delivery, e.g. textile goods.

You are obliged to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract in writing in paper form or in the form of a record on another durable medium (e-mail). The period for withdrawal from the contract is considered to have been observed if you sent the notice of withdrawal from the contract no later than on the last day of the period.

The customer is obliged to send the goods back to the address Moitin s.r.o., Hálova 16, 851 01 Bratislava no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, we recommend sending the goods as a package by registered mail, please do not send cash on delivery. Attach a copy of the tax document (invoice) that we sent you with the goods and a copy of the delivery receipt issued by the delivery person to the package. You can also return the goods in person in Bratislava. The time limit for returning the goods shall be deemed to have been observed if the goods were handed over for carriage no later than the last day of the time limit. The costs associated with returning the goods to us for operation are borne by the customer.

Please deliver the goods to us complete, undamaged, preferably in the original packaging and unused, otherwise the customer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods, which arose as a result of such handling of the goods, which is beyond the treatment necessary to determine the properties and functionality of the goods.

We will return the purchase price to you within 14 days at the latest to the account you specified, unless we agree otherwise, in particular by providing a voucher for a discount, which you can use for your next purchase with us. When withdrawing, please indicate which of the above compensations you are interested in. However, we are not obliged to return the purchase price until the goods have been delivered to us or until the customer has shown us at least the return of the goods. In case of unauthorized withdrawal from the contract, the goods will be returned to you at your expense.

Protection of consumer personal data
